NICOGRAPH International 2009 (in Kanazawa)
The Society for Arts and Science starts NICOGRAPH International Conference from 2002, for
improvement CG, VR, Arts and the related fields in Japan and Asian country. Last year NICOGRAPH International 2007 was held in Toyota near Nagoya as 6th conference.(Tokyo, Tokyo-CGI, Taiwan-Shinchu, Morioka, Korea-Seoul), and 4th conference held in Japan. So, NICOGRAPH International 2008 in Pattaya in Thailand is the 7th conference and the 3rd in foreign country. We sincerely think CG and Arts technology will span actively in all of Asian country widely, not only in Japan.
We are panning that NICOGRAPH INTERNATIONAL 2009 will be held in Kanazawa as the 5th
conference in Japan. Kanazawa is beautiful city in HOKURIKU area, so you will enjoy visiting in
Kanazawa and attending NICOGRAPH 2009 also.
We believe it is a valuable experience for young researchers and students to present their research, and to participate in discussion in English environment, even in Japanese and Asia country. Our hope is that many young students present their works in English and they will be the leader of next generation in the world.
